Infibeam, JSPL among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 197.48 points down at 35,936.83 on Wednesday on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Comfort Intech (down 9.93 per cent), Shree Rama Multi tech (down 9.79 per cent), BN Rathi Securities (down 9.37 per cent), Modi Naturals (down 7.79 per cent), Gillanders Arbu (down 7.38 per cent), Gokul Refoils (down 7.23 per cent), Starlite Components (down 6.78 per cent), Welspun Invstments (down 6.75 per cent) and Jayshree Chemicals (down 6.54 per cent) were among the worst performers.

Bharat Forge (down 7.15 per cent), Infibeam Avenues (down 5.65 per cent), Prakash Industries (down 5.34 per cent), Jindal Steel & Power (down 4.31 per cent), and Kwality (down 4.97 per cent) too declined around 5-7 per cent at around the same time.


In the Nifty pack, 6 stocks were trading in the green, while 44 stocks were in the red.

The Nifty index was trading 71.95 points down at 10,797.55.
