Top losers of Tuesday's morning session

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 160.98 points down at 36,080.02 on Tuesday on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Powerhouse Gym (down 10 per cent), Acme Resources (down 9.95 per cent), AGC Networks (down 8.39 per cent), NPR Finance (down 7.72 per cent), Orissa Bengal Carrier (down 7.66 per cent), Landmark Properties (down 7.32 per cent), Resonance Specialities (down 7.17 per cent), Vaswani Industries (down 6.90 per cent), Reliance Chemotex (down 6.80 per cent) and Swarnsarita Gems (down 6.77 per cent) were among the worst performers.

Shankara Building (down 6.50 per cent), Ahluwalia Contracts (down 5.17 per cent), Kwality (down 4.91 per cent) too declined around 5-6 per cent at around the same time.


In the Nifty pack, 24 stocks were trading in the green, while 26 stocks were in the red.

The Nifty index was trading 37.05 points down at 10,846.7.
