Thinking Hats Entertainment stock debuts with 36% premium on NSE SME platform

The shares of Thinking Hats Entertainment Solutions debuted on the NSE SME platform on Thursday with a premium of 36.4%. The stock listed at Rs 60 as against an issue price of Rs 44.

Considering the upper price band of Rs 44, the shares are expected to list at a premium of nearly 70% over the issue price.

However, it is important to note that grey market premiums are just an indicator as to how the company's shares are stacked up in the unlisted market and are subject to change rapidly.


The net proceeds from the public offer will be used for funding working capital requirements, repayment of debt, and other general corporate purposes.
