Tencent sells Rs 415.7-cr PB Fintech shares

Tencent Cloud Europe BV sold shares of PB Fintech worth ₹415.7 crore in a bulk deal on NSE on Thursday. The company sold 33 lakh shares at ₹1,259.7 apiece. Last week, the foreign investor sold shares worth ₹664.5 crore in a bulk deal. As of March 31, Tencent Cloud Europe BV owned a 6.26% stake in the company. Shares of PB Fintech fell 0.41% to close at ₹1,288 on Thursday. The company's shares have gained 3.55% in the past one month.
