Tejas Networks raises Rs 349.50 crore from 17 anchor investors
Mumbai: Tejas Networks raised Rs 349.5 crore on Tuesday through allotment of 1.36 crore shares to 17 anchor investors. The anchor investors were alloted the shares at the upper end of the initial public offering ( IPO) price band of Rs 250-257 per share. Some of the anchor investors include Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Eastbridge Capital Master Fund, Amansa Holdings, Reliance Capital Trustee Company, Amundi Funds Equity India and Columbia Emerging Markets Fund.

The IPO will open on Wednesday and close on Friday. It plans to raise Rs 776 crore through the offer. The issue is a mix of fresh issue and offer for sale by existing investors.
