Tecpro Systems to acquire in Ambika Projects; stk up

MUMBAI – Tecpro Systems is to acquire 100 per cent stake in Ambika Projects (India) for a consideration of Rs 10.30 crore. Ambika Projects is a Chennai-based company engaged in the business of water treatment.

The company also plans to incorporate a subsidiary in Indonesia to tap the opportunities available in the bulk material handling and mining sector.

The scrip was at Rs 275.90, up 0.36 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 278 and low of Rs 274.15 in trade so far.
