Tech Mahindra allots 31,860 shares under ESOS

IT solutions provider Tech Mahindra Ltd today said it has allotted 31,860 equity shares to the staff members under employees stock option scheme (ESOS).

The securities allotment committee of the board of directors made the allotment at its meeting held on Wednesday, Tech Mahindra informed the Bombay Stock Exchange in a regulatory disclosure.

Shares of the company closed at Rs 918.15, up 0.51 per cent from previous close on the BSE.
