MUMBAI: The public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of Tata Capital Housing Finance was fully subscribed on the second day. The issue, which opened on Tuesday, closed early on Wednesday. The company collected Rs 2,091.18 crore at the end of the second day. The base issue size of the first trance is Rs 500 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs 1,500 crore.
