MUMBAI: Taneja Aerospace & Aviation has entered into maintenance repair and overhaul facility agreement with Air Works Commercial MRO to license seven acres of land and upto five hanger space on a long term basis.
The company would initially be licensing two hanger space which would result in cash inflow of Rs 7.50 crore per annum.
At 12:41 pm, Taneja Aerospace shares were up 2.72 per cent at Rs 228.10 on the BSE.
