MUMBAI: Shares of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness listed at Rs 147.95, premium of 15.58 per cent, against issue price of Rs 128 on the National Stock Exchange.
At 10:55 am, the stock was at Rs 153.10, up Rs 25.10 or 19.61 per cent. It touched intraday high of Rs 163.40 and low of Rs 132.
On the BSE, the scrip was at Rs 153.30, up Rs 25.30 or 19.76 per cent. The stock touched a high of Rs 163.40 and low of Rs 132 in trade so far.
The Fitness chain operator raised Rs 78 crore from the primary market for setting up of additional Health Clubs and for repayment of unsecured loans.
At present TFL caters to 55,000 members through 58 health clubs (44 owned, 9 JVs/associates and 5 franchisees) in 28 cities belonging to 12 states.
