Swiss Finance Corp hikes stake in Zee Learn to 6.12 per cent

NEW DELHI: Foreign fund house Swiss Finance Corporation (Mauritius) Ltd has increased its stake in Zee Learn Ltd to 6.12 per cent by picking up 63.50 lakh shares from the open market.
Swiss Finance Corporation, which had 4.14 per cent stake earlier, has increased its shareholding in the Indian firm to 6.12 per cent by buying shares on March 13, 2015, as per a BSE filing by Zee Learn.
Essel Group's education arm, Zee Learn runs chain of schools under brand names -- Mount Litera Zee Schools, Kidzee pre-schools, Mount Litera World Pre-school and Mount Litera International School.
Shares of Zee Learn closed at Rs 36.35 apiece, up 3.86 per cent from their previous close on the BSE.
