Suzlon Rs 890 cr stake sale in Hansen Transmissions concluded
Wind power major Suzlon Energy today informed the BSE that it has completed the sale of its entire shareholding in Hansen Transmissions to ZF Friedrichshafen AG for Rs 890 crore.

NEW DELHI: Wind power major Suzlon Energy today informed the BSE that it has completed the sale of its entire shareholding in Hansen Transmissions to ZF Friedrichshafen AG for Rs 890 crore.
"Suzlon has disposed of its remaining 26.06 per cent stake in Hansen Transmissions and has received sale proceeds of about Rs 890 crore," the company informed the BSE.
Suzlon held a 26.06 per cent stake in Hansen Transmission through its Netherlands-based subsidiary, AE-Rotor Holding BV.
Shares of Suzlon Energy were trading at Rs 38.30, up 0.66 per cent, on the BSE.
"Suzlon has disposed of its remaining 26.06 per cent stake in Hansen Transmissions and has received sale proceeds of about Rs 890 crore," the company informed the BSE.
Suzlon held a 26.06 per cent stake in Hansen Transmission through its Netherlands-based subsidiary, AE-Rotor Holding BV.
Shares of Suzlon Energy were trading at Rs 38.30, up 0.66 per cent, on the BSE.
