Suzlon Energy gains on 132 MW order win
Shares of Suzlon Energy picked up steam Tuesday after its Australian subisidiary entered into an agreement with AGL Energy for delivery of 63 wind turbine generators, totalling 132.3 megawatts of capacity.
The company did not disclose the value of the transaction. The turnkey delivery includes the engineering, procurement and construction of the entire wind farm that will comprise of 63 units of Suzlon's S88-2.1 MW wind turbine generators translating to 132.30 MW of capacity.
At 12:30 pm, the company���s shares eased some gains and were trading up 1.93 per cent at Rs 42.15 on the BSE.
