Surveillance mechanism more active in bull market: UK Sinha, SEBI Chairman

Sinha who was conferred as Business Reformer of the Year at the ET Awards, in an interview to ET Now said that SEBI’s surveillance mechanism is far more active in a bull market but added that the regulator was not anti-business.
He said SEBI has been able to revive investor confidence.

Clarifying on foreign money entering the stock market, he said that P-Notes are a legitimate investment mechanism.
