Sunil Hitech to acquire 51% stake in I-Tec India;stock up

Sunil Hitech Engineers has approved acquisition of 51 per cent stake of I-Tec India, a global company which operates in the field of soil stabilization and ecological road infrastructure.

Shares of Sunil Hitech were at Rs 118.25, up 2.12 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 119.90 and low of Rs 117.60 in trade so far.
