NEW DELHI: Shares of Sun Pharma, the country’s biggest pharma company, ended mildly higher by 0.6 per cent after surging up to 2 per cent in Monday's trade.

The company has received the US drug regulator’s nod to sell eyecare drug BromSite in the United States. Reacting to the development, the scrip gained 1.74 per cent to hit a high of Rs 825 on the BSE in intra-day trade.

This is the company’s second USFDA nod of the calendar year.
