Share market update: Future Consumer, Kellton Tech among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity index BSE Sensex was trading 118.29 points down at 38,505.41 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Stampede Cap (up 33.33 per cent), Spentex Ind (up 20.00 per cent), Viji Finance (up 16.67 per cent), Oriental Trimex (up 13.37 per cent) and Kellton Tech (up 12.21 per cent) were among the top performers.

Ortel Communications (up 10.00 per cent), Future Consumer (up 9.71 per cent), Ortin Labs (up 9.09 per cent), Accel Frontline (up 9.04 per cent) and Visa Steel (up 8.70 per cent) too were trading 8-10 per cent higher at around the same time.


The Nifty 50 index was trading 34.30 points down at 11,269.00. Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 17 shares were trading in the green, while 33 were in the red.
