Share market update: Pfizer, Artemis Medicare among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 48 shares were trading in the green, while 2 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity index BSE Sensex was trading 408.43 points up at 38,552.45 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Uttam Value Steels (up 100.00 per cent), FCS Software (up 33.33 per cent), Neulands Global (up 33.33 per cent), Stampede Capital (up 33.33 per cent) and Metkore Alloys (up 25.00 per cent) were among the top performers.
Spentex (up 20.00 per cent), Artemis Medicare Services (up 17.13 per cent), Pfizer (up 12.68 per cent), Lloyds Steels Industries (up 12.50 per cent) and Ankit Metal (up 11.11 per cent) too were trading 10-20 per cent higher at around the same time.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 135.00 points up at 11,267.75. Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 48 shares were trading in the green, while 2 were in the red.
