HCL Tech, Delta Corp, SW Solar: HCL Technologies, National Standards (India), Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy, Delta Corp, Anand Rathi Wealth, Plastiblends India and Goa Carbons are among the company that will announce their quarterly earning for the quarter ended June 2022.
Larsen & Toubro: The infrastructure major said it has bagged significant contracts to build data centres of capacities totalling 10.8 MW at Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The company will design, build and would be involved in supply work, among others for the data centers and allied buildings including fit-outs.
Ashok Leyland: The commercial vehicle maker said it has appointed Ganesh Mani as the company's president and chief of operations. Mani, who joins Ashok Leyland from Hyundai Motors, will head the company's entire operations, including manufacturing and sourcing and supply chain.
Bank of Baroda: The state-owned lender has raised the marginal cost of funds based lending rate by up to 0.15 per cent for select tenor of loans with effect from Tuesday. The bank has approved the revision in Marginal Cost of funds based Lending Rate (MCLR) with effect from July 12, 2022.
HFCL: The telecom gear maker bags orders worth Rs 59.22 crore for rollout of fibre network from one of the leading private telecom operators of the country for providing services to roll out their fibre-to-the-home network and long-distance fibre network in various telecom circles.
Spandana Sphoorty: The microfinance lender reported an over 50 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 75 crore for the quarter ended March 2022. The results have been published with a delay due to management-level issues. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 49.3 crore in the same quarter of FY21.
BLS International Services: Global financial services firm Nomura Singapore purchased 12.5 lakh shares of technology services provider through an open market transaction at an average price of Rs 214 apiece, aggregating to Rs 26.75 crore.
Ahluwalia Contracts (India): The civil construction company has secured a new order for construction work of Amity Campus Bengaluru, worth to Rs 150 crore, from Ritnand Balved Education Foundation. The total order inflow during the FY23 stood at Rs 863 crore
Satin Creditcare Network: The NBC said the board of directors has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 5,000 crore on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches. The funds will be raised within a period of one year from the date of shareholders' approval.
Dhruv Consultancy Services: The consulting services firm bagged independent engineering services contract in Rajasthan. It has received Letter of Acceptance for independent engineering services during development and operation of road project - Sikar-Bikaner section of NH-11 in Rajasthan through public private partnership on design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis.
