Aavas Financiers: AU Small Finance Bank sold 35 lakh shares of Aavas Financiers worth Rs 530 crore through an open market transaction. In a regulatory filing, the bank said it has offloaded 4.46 per cent stake in Aavas Financiers, formerly known as AU Housing Finance Ltd.

Coal India: State-owned Coal India said it has been served a one-day strike notice by four trade unions for November 26, 2020. "Four trade unions of CIL have served one-day strike notice in CIL and its subsidiaries on 26.11.2020," the company said in a BSE filing.


Mindtree: The IT firm said it has bagged a five-year deal from The Nordex Group to help the wind turbine manufacturer simplify, modernise and transform its entire IT landscape globally.

IIFL Finance, Indiabulls Housing Finance: Asset quality at non-bank lenders IIFL Finance and Indiabulls Housing Finance is “vulnerable” due to the economic contraction, global ratings agency Moody's Investors Service said.

Biocon: Biotechnology major Biocon said it has inked an agreement for the acquisition of 26 per cent stake on a fully diluted basis in Hinduja Renewables Two for Rs 5.91 crore.

JK Tyre: The company said it will supply radial tyres to Korean automaker Kia Motors India for the compact SUV Seltos.

Matrimony.com: SBI Mutual Fund bought 7,44,279 shares of Matrimony.com at Rs 643.90 per share on Monday. On the other hand, CMDB II sold 9,00,000 at Rs 644 per share.

Exide Industries: The battery maker said it has increased stake in its joint venture (JV) with Swiss firm Leclanche to 80.15 per cent with a further investment of Rs 33.17 crore by way of subscription to equity shares of the JV.
