TCS
Indian IT bellwether, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Monday reported a 14% fall in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 10,657 crore compared to Rs 12,380 crore reported in the year ago period. The profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the shareholders of the company.

HCL Tech
HCL Technologies on Monday reported an 11% fall in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 4,076 crore compared to Rs 4,591 crore reported in the year ago period. The profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the owners of the company. The revenue from operations in Q3FY26 stood at Rs 33,872, up 13% over Rs 29,890 crore reported in the corresponding period of the last financial year.

Ola Electric
Ola Electric announced the rollout of its first battery energy storage system, Shakti, from its manufacturing plant in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. Shakti marks the company's entry into the country's residential BESS (battery energy storage system) market and takes the company beyond the automotive domain

Indian Hotels
Tata Group-owned Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) on Monday said it has secured trademark registration for the 'Taj' sonic sound, the first sound mark registration for a brand in the country's hospitality sector. The registration legally protects the marquee brand Taj's distinctive sonic identity as a trademark, recognising sound as a core brand asset, India's largest hospitality firm, IHCL, stated.

L&T
Engineering major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Monday said it will acquire the remaining 40% stake in L&T Sapura Shipping Private Limited (LTSSPL) from Sapura Nautical Power Pte Ltd for Rs 122.4 crore, making the offshore marine construction company a wholly owned subsidiary.

Reliance Industries
Reliance Industries said ‍on Monday that its plans for battery storage manufacturing remain ⁠unchanged, following a Bloomberg News report that said the conglomerate had paused plans to make lithium-ion battery cells in India ‌after failing ‌to secure Chinese technology.

TVS Supply Chain
TVS Supply Chain Solution (TVS SCS) on Monday said it has secured a contract from Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) to manage their in-plant warehouse operations at its manufacturing facility in Chennai. Under the three-year pact, TVS SCS will manage end-to-end warehouse operations within the German truckmakers' facility, ensuring seamless material flow, optimised inventory, and enhanced operational efficiency, the company said.
