Patanjali Foods
Patanjali Foods posted a 22% drop in its standalone net profit at Rs 206 crore for the quarter ended March 2024, compared with Rs 264 crore in the year-ago period.

Bharti Airtel
Telecom major Bharti Airtel on Tuesday reported 31% fall in its consolidated net profit at Rs 2,072 crore for the quarter ended March 2024.

Siemens
The Board of Siemens has approved a scheme of arrangement, under which the energy business will be demerged into a separate listed company.

Cipla
Four promoter group entities including Shirin Hamied, Samina Hamied, Rumana Hamied, Okasa Pharma are planning to sell around 2.53% stake in pharma major Cipla through block deals on Wednesday.

Colgate
Colgate reported net profit of Rs 380 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2024. Revenue from operations were at Rs 1,490 crore.

Apollo Tyres
Apollo Tyres posted net profit of Rs 354 crore in the March quarter. Revenue from operations came in at Rs 6,258 crore.

Shree Cement
Shree Cement reported a net profit of Rs 662 crore in the fourth quarter. Revenue from operations were at Rs 5,101 crore.

Mahindra Holdings
Mahindra Holdings will sell its 30.84% stake in New Delhi Centre For Sight for Rs 425.4 crore to Space Investments, Defati Investments & Infinity Partners.
