Syndicate Bank: The bank board has approved Rs 200 crore preferenticla share issue to the government.
Bank of Baroda: The board has approved Rs 550 crore preferential share issue to the government.
Gujarat Pipavav: The environment ministry has approved port expansion post review of NGT order.
Reliance communications: The company has increased 3G mobile internet rates by 26 per cent and reduced benefit on internet packages by 60 per cent.
GMR Infra: The company is looking to sell Emco Energy to reduce debt. It has appointed JPMorgan as advisor for transaction.
