Inox Wind said its board has approved the detailed terms of its proposed rights issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 1,249 crore, following in-principle approvals from BSE and NSE.

Pharma major Dr Reddy's reported a marginal 2% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs 1,418 crore for the first quarter ended June.

Bajaj Housing
Bajaj Housing Finance reported a 21% year-on-year jump in its net profit for the June quarter at Rs 583 crore.
