According to Rupak De, Senior Technical Analyst at LKP Securities, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has entered a bullish crossover, indicating improving momentum. He expects the short-term trend to remain positive, with resistance seen at 24,400–24,480, while immediate support is placed at 24,240.

Billionbrains Garage Ventures (Groww) is likely to witness a large block deal on Wednesday, August 26, with existing investor Ribbit Capital expected to sell around a 1.6% stake in the online investment platform, according to media reports.The proposed transaction is estimated at ₹1,914 crore, with the floor price set at ₹195 per share, representing a 4% discount to Tuesday's closing price of ₹203.01 on the NSE.
Cipla
Cipla said it received seven inspectional observations in Form 483 from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) following a follow-up current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection at its Pithampur manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh. The inspection was conducted between August 17 and August 25, 2026.The company said it will work closely with the USFDA and is committed to addressing the observations comprehensively within the stipulated timeline.
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) and Tata Communications have announced a collaboration to equip the newly launched Sierra.ev with built-in 5G cellular connectivity. The partnership will enable connected and software-defined vehicle capabilities in the electric vehicle.Varun Beverages

Data Patterns (India)
Data Patterns (India) said it has completed the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% equity shares of ST Advanced Composites Private Limited for a total consideration of about ₹10 crore.The consideration includes ₹1.5 crore towards the acquisition of equity shares from the promoters and ₹8.5 crore as a loan to the target company to help settle its liabilities. The acquisition remains subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions precedent and other terms agreed under the Share Purchase Agreement.
ST Advanced Composites has an authorised share capital of ₹50 lakh, divided into 5 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each. According to its provisional financial statements, the company reported a turnover of ₹416.85 lakh as of March 31, 2026.
Axis Bank
Axis Bank informed exchanges that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has disposed of all proceedings against the bank and its subsidiaries, Axis Securities Limited and Axis Capital Limited, without issuing any directions or imposing any penalty.The final order, dated August 24, 2026, relates to a show cause notice issued by SEBI in October 2024.
Aptech
Aptech has secured a contract from a state government body to conduct a computer-based examination.
