Cochin Shipyard
The government’s offer for sale in Cochin Shipyard received strong demand from investors on the first day, with the non-retail portion subscribed 3.52 times. Following the response, the government has decided to exercise the full green-shoe option. Retail investors and employees will be able to bid for shares on July 8.
Adani Enterprises
US legal experts said it would be highly unusual for a federal court to reject the Department of Justice's request to dismiss the criminal case against Indian billionaire Gautam Adani, after prosecutors set out detailed legal and policy reasons for seeking to drop the indictment.
IDFC First Bank
IDFC First Bank has launched provident fund payment services through its integration with the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. The integration enables establishments to initiate PF payments directly through the EPFO portal and complete transactions via IDFC FIRST Bank's Retail and Corporate Internet Banking platforms, the private sector lender said in a statement on Tuesday.
Premier Energies
Solar modules manufacturer Premier Energies on Tuesday said it secured orders worth Rs 3,011 crore during the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, for the supply of solar cells and modules. According to a company statement, the contracts have been awarded by a mix of power producers and module manufacturers.
Glenmark Pharma
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals announced the launch of the generic version of Olanzapine injection, indicated for treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, in the US. The company's arm Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc, USA has launched Olanzapine for injection of strength 10 mg/vial, single-dose vial, Glenmark said in a regulatory filing.
