The company’s board has approved a dividend of Rs 1.20 a share for the financial year ended March.
The board has approved re-appointment of Gautam S. Adani as the executive chairman of the company for a further period of 5 years with effect from December 1, 2023.

Hero MotoCorp: The automaker beat Street estimates by reporting a 37% (YoY) jump in its March quarter net profit to Rs 859 crore. Revenue grew 12% YoY to Rs 8,307 crore, which was also higher than the estimated Rs 8,238 crore.
Britannia: The company will release its quarterly numbers today. Brokerage Sharekhan expects the company to report a 16% YoY rise in net sales to Rs 4,103 crore, led by 2-3% growth in volume and a 13% increase in prices. Net profit is seen 27.5% higher at Rs 482 crore.
Marico: The company is scheduled to release its quarterly numbers today. Revenue growth is expected to be muted due to low single-digit growth in Parachute and double digit decline in the Saffola portfolio. PAT growth is also expected to moderate due to higher interest expenses and tax outgo.
Federal Bank: The lender is scheduled to report its March quarter earnings today. The bank is seen reporting strong double-digit growth in net profit on the back of higher interest income and strong operational performance.
InterGlobe Aviation: IndiGo has said its Airbus aircraft are expected to be a bit lighter in weight following aviation safety regulator DGCA granting it approval to remove Technical Paper Manuals. The regulatory nod allows the airline to remove Technical Paper Manuals weighing 40 kg from each aircraft cockpit of its Airbus fleet.
HDFC Bank: The lender is likely to open more than 675 branches in semi-urban and rural geographies across the country, Reuters reported, citing a senior bank official.
Bharat Forge: The board is scheduled to meet today to consider and approve the earnings for the quarter and year-ended March.
Adani Power: The board is scheduled to meet today to consider and approve the earnings for the quarter and year-ended March.
