Fortis Healthcare: IHH Healthcare Bhd and Manipal Health Enterprises are left in the fray for acquisition of Fortis Healthcare. Malaysian healthcare giant IHH Healthcare Bhd is seen as most aggressive, results likely on Thursday.
Kwality: The company's board has deferred the proposed share buyback and bonus issue.
MMFSL: International Finance Corporation(IFC), a World Bank Group member, has invested Rs 640 crore in Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (MMFSL), through secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
Dena Bank: Dena Bank will sell a cumulative 60,50,000 shares in three entities, including SIDBI, as part of the public sector bank’s strategy to hive off non-core assets.
