Stock market update: Realty shares advance; Indiabulls Real Estate jumps 8%

NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading in the positive zone in Thursday's morning session.

Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate (up 8.56 per cent) , Sunteck Realty (up 1.89 per cent) , Phoenix Mills (up 1.41 per cent) , Brigade Enterprises (up 1.35 per cent) , SOBHA (up 0.76 per cent) , DLF (up 0.51 per cent) and Oberoi Realty (up 0.33 per cent) were among the top gainers.

The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.74 per cent up at 300.05 around 10:08 am.


Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 35.20 points at 12217.7 , while the BSE Sensex was up 122.33 points at 41428.35 .

Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 33 were trading in the green, while 16 were in the red.

Shares of SAIL, YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, Hind Copper, JSPL, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Zee Ent., Vedanta and Adani Power were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
