Stock market update: PC Jeweller plunges 14%, features among the top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: Emerging among the top losers on BSE, shares of PC Jeweller plunged nearly 14 per cent during first half of Monday's session.

Shares of PC Jeweller opened at Rs 158.20 on Monday and hit intraday high and low of Rs 162.90 and Rs 135.10 in today's trade so far.

Around 11:20 am, the scrip was trading 12.37 per cent down at Rs 137.10. The Sensex was 3 points down at 35,224, while Nifty50 was 8 points down at 10,688 around the same time.


PC Jeweller had reported a 7.48 per cent year-on-year rise in profit at Rs 118.28 crore for the quarter ended March 31. It had posted a profit of Rs 110.05 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
