Stock market update: 83 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 83 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Monday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Allahabad Bank, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited,CSB Bank, DHFL, EIH, Hindustan Zinc, Indian Bank, ITC Limited, Karur Vysya Bank, Lakshmi Machine Works, Oil India, ONGC, Take Solutions and Union Bank of India.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 53.80 points up at 11715.65 , while the BSE Sensex was trading 159.10 points up at 39894.63 .


In the Nifty 50 index, HUL, Asian Paints, Nestle India, Britannia Inds. and IndusInd Bank were among the top gainers on the NSE.

However, Bharti Infratel, ITC, YES Bank, Hindalco Inds. and Larsen & Toubro were among the top losers.
