Stock market update: 7 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 26.60 points down at 12960.4, while the BSE Sensex was trading 139.97 points down at 44119.77.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Life, PowerGrid, HDFC, Hindalco Inds. and TCS were among the top losers.

NEW DELHI: Around 7 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Friday session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs on NSE were: Standard Industries; Sintercom India; Vishal Fabrics; Keerti Knowledge and Skills; Jump Networks; Shoppers Stop; D. P. Abhushan Ltd.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 26.60 points down at 12960.4, while the BSE Sensex was trading 139.97 points down at 44119.77.

On the other hand, Varun Beverages, Wockhardt, TVS Motor, Gujarat Gas and Apollo Tyres stocks hit their fresh 52-week high today.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, Eicher Motors, Britannia Inds. and Sun Pharma were among the top gainers on the NSE. However, HDFC Life, PowerGrid, HDFC, Hindalco Inds. and TCS were among the top losers.
