Stock market update: 54 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 54 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Tuesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Accelya Solutions India, Aksh Optifibre, The Byke Hospitality and Blue Coast Hotels.

Cox & Kings, Igarashi Motors India, IIFL Finance, Jubilant Life Sciences, Khaitan (India), Lypsa Gems & Jewellery, Manpasand Beverages, Technocraft Industries and Thiru Arooran Sugars also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.


Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 47.65 points down at 12,040.90 while the BSE Sensex was trading 134.82 points down at 40,132.80.

In the Nifty 50 index, NTPC, YES Bank, Wipro, Eicher Motors and ITC were among the top gainers on the NSE.

However, HCL Tech, TCS, Asian Paints, Hero MotoCorp and ZEEL were among the top losers.
