Stock market update: 52 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

In the Nifty 50 index, Britannia Industries, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Auto and Bharti Infratel stood among the top gainers on the NSE.
NEW DELHI: Around 52 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Wednesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were RBL Bank, Eris Lifesciences, Alembic, Cox & Kings, GFL, HSIL and Krishana Phoschem.

Bannari Amman Sugars, Reliance Communications, Sical Logistics, Videocon Industries and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.


Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 48.75 points down at 11,056.6, while the BSE Sensex was trading 172.90 points down at 37,468.37.

In the Nifty 50 index, Britannia Industries, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Auto and Bharti Infratel stood among the top gainers on the NSE.
