Stock market update: 407 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 73.90 points down at 10,844.80.

NEW DELHI: Around 407 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Thursday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Aban Offshore, Accelya Solutions India, AksharChem India, Ashok Leyland, Bank of India, Arvind Bharat Gears, and Cadila Healthcare.

Cipla, Coal India, Corporation Bank, Cox & Kings, DLF, D.B.Corp, Eicher Motors, GIC Housing Finance, Hindustan Foods, JK Paper, Max India, Minda Corporation, NMDC, ONGC and Liberty Shoes also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.


Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 73.90 points down at 10,844.80 while the BSE Sensex was trading 229.25 points down at 36,831.12.

In the Nifty 50 index, Britannia Ind, Dr. Reddy's Lab, TCS, HUL and HCL Tech were among the top gainers on the NSE.
However, YES Bank, UPL , Bajaj Finserv and Vedanta were among the top losers.
