Stock market update: 5 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty closed 271.40 points down at 13967.5, while the BSE Sensex closed 937.66 points down at 47409.93.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Axis Bank, Tata Steel, GAIL and Titan Company were among the top losers.
NEW DELHI: Around 5 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Wednesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE were: Fairchem Organics, Jiya Eco-Products, Jump Networks, Valiant Organics and Vishal Fabrics.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty closed 271.40 points down at 13967.5, while the BSE Sensex closed 937.66 points down at 47409.93.


On the other hand, Cyient, Route Mobile, P&G Health, IFB Industries and Bajaj Auto stocks hit their fresh 52-week high today.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, SBI Life, Wipro, ITC and PowerGrid were among the top gainers on the NSE. However, Tata Motors, Axis Bank, Tata Steel, GAIL and Titan Company were among the top losers.
