Stock market update: 199 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 74.20 points down at 11,749.10.

NEW DELHI: Around 199 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Monday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Aban Offshore, Agarwal Industrial Corporation, Atlas Cycles, Balkrishna Paper Mills, Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Biocon and Central Bank of India.

Coffee Day Enterprises, Cox & Kings, Cyient, Emami, HEG, HIL, Hindustan Zinc, Jet Airways, Jain Irrigation Systems, Lumax Industries, Omax Autos, Reliance Capital and Reliance Infrastructure also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.


Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 74.20 points down at 11,749.10 while the BSE Sensex was trading 222.28 points down at 39,229.79.

In the Nifty 50 index, YES Bank, M&M, Wipro, ZEEL and Indiabulls Housing Finance were among the top gainers on the NSE.
However, Tata Steel, JSW Steel, Vedanta, Indian Oil Corp and RIL were among the top losers.
