Stock market update: 157 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 58.95 points down at 11,772.80

NEW DELHI: Around 157 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Friday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Accelya Solutions India, Asian Hotels, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Control Print, Dhunseri Investments, eClerx Services, Emami and Gujarat Ambuja Exports.

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, IFB Agro Industries, Kalyani Forge, Lumax Industries, Manpasand Beverages, Omax Autos, TVS Srichakra and TV Today Network also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.


Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 58.95 points down at 11,772.80 while the BSE Sensex was trading 230.61 points down at 39,371.02.

In the Nifty 50 index, UPL , Indiabulls Housing Finance, Hindalco Inds., IndusInd Bank and Tech Mahindra were among the top gainers on the NSE.

However, YES Bank, Tata Motors, Bharti Infratel, Maruti Suzuki and Indian Oil Corp were among the top losers.
