Stock market update: 136 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 136 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Monday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Almondz Global Securities, Aries Agro, Astec LifeSciences, BASF India, Borosil Glass Works, Cox & Kings and DHFL.

Prataap Snacks, eClerx Services, Eris Lifesciences, Godrej Consumer Products, HIL, Kalyani Forge, Lakshmi Machine Works, Muthoot Capital Services, NOCIL, Prakash Industries, Sharda Motor Industries, Tata Elxsi, Superhouse and TTK Healthcare also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.


Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 11.40 points down at 11,541.10 while the BSE Sensex was trading 5.70 points up at 38,741.93.

In the Nifty 50 index, Infosys, YES Bank, Sun Pharma, Tata Motors and UPL were among the top gainers on the NSE.

However, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Vedanta, ZEEL, Tata Steel and SBI were among the top losers.
