Stock market update: 127 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 127 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Friday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Adhunik Industries, Bharat Gears, Dish TV, Future Retail, Ganges Securities and Gayatri Projects.

Kalpataru Power Transmission, Mastek, NCC, Orient Press, PG Electroplast, Religare Enterprises, Shankara Building Products, Sirca Paints India and Vishnu Chemicals also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.


Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 74.95 points up at 8716.4 , while the BSE Sensex was trading 32.47 points up at 29979.24 .

In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, Coal India Ltd, Cipla, SBI and UPL were among the top gainers on the NSE.

However, Bharti Airtel, HCL Tech, GAIL, Hero MotoCorp and Maruti Suzuki were among the top losers.
