SpiceJet surges 9% on inducting new aircrafts to its fleet
The company said that the new inductions will bring down flight cancellations to nil.

As per a BSE filing, the company will induct 16 Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft on dry lease in the next ten days after regulatory approvals.
The company said that the new inductions will bring down flight cancellations to nil while helping in the company's international and domestic expansion plans.
"The sudden reduction of aviation capacity has created a challenging environment in the sector. SpiceJet is committed to working closely with the government authorities to augment capacity and minimize passenger inconvenience," said Ajay Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, SpiceJet.
Shares of SpiceJet closed 8.54 per cent up at Rs 109.90 apiece on BSE.
