SoftBank's Masayoshi Son lost $130 million on bitcoin: WSJ

SoftBank founder Masayoshi Son made a personal investment in the digital currency in late 2017 and lost more than $130 million when he sold out in early 2018, The Wall Street Journal reports, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.

The size of Son’s investment in Bitcoin was not clear, according to the report. A SoftBank spokesman declined to comment when contacted by The Wall Street Journal.
