Sobha Developers pledges 4.3 mn shares to Bank Sarasin

MUMBAI: Promoters of Sobha Developers have pledged 4.3 million shares or about 5.9 percent of equity to Bank Sarasin & Co, based in Switzerland. The bank now holds 13.7 per cent in Sobha through pledged shares.

Sobha Developers shares on Tuesday touched a 52-week low of Rs 87.15 on the BSE earlier in the session. At 12.50 pm, the stock was Rs 89.60, down 2 percent from the previous close.
