SKIL Infra to make open offer for Everonn at Rs 536.16/shr

SKIL Infrastructure will make an open offer for 20 per cent of shares in Everonn Education at 536.16 rupees a share.

MUMBAI: SKIL Infrastructure will make an open offer for 20 per cent of shares in Everonn Education at 536.16 rupees a share, Edelweiss Capital, manager to the offer said in a public announcement.

The open offer will begin on Sept 9 and close Sept 28, it said on Thursday.
