Sical unit gets nod for Old Lane investment

Sical Logistics Ltd said on Wednesday it has received approval from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board for the investment of $26 million by Old Lane Mauritius IV Ltd, into its new unit, Sical Infra Assets Ltd.

MUMBAI: Sical Logistics Ltd said on Wednesday it has received approval from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board for the investment of $26 million by Old Lane Mauritius IV Ltd, into its new unit, Sical Infra Assets Ltd.

Sical Infra would operate the company's infrastructure projects such as road and rail terminal projects. it said.
