MUMBAI: Shilp Gravures has clarified that the board has passed a resolution for shifting of flexo unit from Vadodara to Rakanpur (Ahmedabad). Earlier, it was announced that the flexo unit was set for a closure.
On the BSE, The stock was at day’s high at Rs 45.50, up 2.02 per cent on low volume of 2730 shares.
