Shekhar Bajaj sells 21.75 lakh shares to two promoters
The shares have been sold to two promoters, Anant Shekhar Kumar Bajaj and Geetika S Bajaj, in open market transactions, as per the block deal data available on the stock exchanges.

MUMBAI: Shekhar Kumar Bajaj, one of the promoters of Bajaj Electricals, today sold his 21.75 lakh shares in the company to two promoter entities for over Rs 39 crore.
The shares have been sold to two promoters, Anant Shekhar Kumar Bajaj and Geetika S Bajaj, in open market transactions, as per the block deal data available on the stock exchanges.
In a block deal, Shekhar Kumar Bajaj, sold 17,25,000 shares of Bajaj Electricals to Anant Shekhar Kumar Bajaj and 4,50,000 equities to Geetika S Bajaj. The shares were offloaded at Rs 180 a piece valuing the transaction to Rs 39.15 crore.
As of December quarter, Anant Bajaj held 2,411,823 shares or 2.42 per cent stake in the company and Geetika S Bajaj held 768,346 equities or 0.77 per cent ownership.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 182.90 apiece on the BSE, up 1.89 per cent from the previous close.
