Share price of NMDC Ltd. falls as Nifty strengthens

Shares of NMDC Ltd. slipped 0.23 per cent to Rs 87.95 in Friday's trade as of 02:10PM (IST). The stock hit a high price of Rs 89.95 and low of Rs 86.45 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 12.91 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 02:10PM shares and turnover at Rs 0.89 crore around that time. The stock of NMDC Ltd. quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 139.5 and 52-week low prices of Rs 62.0, respectively.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1937.5 crore for the quarter ended 30-Jun-2020, down 39.21 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 3187.34 crore and down 40.64 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 3263.74 crore. Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 531.01 crore, down 54.67 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
