Share price of HOV locked on upper circuit of 5%

Share price of HOV Services, a mid sized India based BPO player was locked on upper circuit of 5% at Rs 30.95 after company said it is planning a share buyback.

The stock price of the company is currently trading at its one year low levels of about Rs 30, after touching a high of Rs 193 in January 2008.

HOV Services has informed the exchanges to consider the proposal of buy back of equity shares of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company will meet next week for the same.
