Share market update: KRBL, E.I.D Parry among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 17 shares were trading in the green, while 33 were in the red.

The Nifty 50 index was trading 153.10 points down at 8507.15.
NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading was trading 554.80 points down at 29,260.79 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of JCT Ltd (up 20.00 per cent), Hindustan Org (up 19.97 per cent), Coral India Finance (up 19.94 per cent), KCP Sugar (up 18.86 per cent), Megastar Foods Ltd. (up 18.75 per cent), Mahalaxmi Rubbers (up 16.84 per cent), Indo Thai Securities (up 16.18 per cent), Bal Pharma (up 16.04 per cent), Lloyds Metals (up 15.69 per cent) and International Conveyors (up 15.15 per cent), E.I.D.-Parry (up 14 per cent) and KRBL (up 10 per cent) were among the top performers.
